Professional Bio
Chris is currently a lecturer in the Masters of Science program in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution at Columbia University. She holds Master of Science degree in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Columbia University and an MBA. She has experience in conflict analysis and community mediation combined with 20+ years experience in government, private, and non-profit sectors where she is known for her project management, business operations, and consensus building skills. Chris has worked in large US federal government organizations (Department of Defense and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation), consulting, and NYC independent school environments in a variety of line and management positions with a focus on information systems project management. Current practice interests focus on mediation and conflict systems within community and organizational contexts.
