Professional Bio
Catalina Quintero is a conflict prevention and peacebuilding leader, coach, and facilitator with 19 years of experience working in fragile and conflict-affected environments. She has worked with development agencies, international and multilateral organizations such as the World Bank, UN, USAID, bilateral development agencies, governments, NGOs, and private sector organizations in Africa, Middle East, Asia, and Latin America to help these organizations internally and with their clients/stakeholders find a way out of conflict into purpose and peace. She developed the first fragility and conflict assessment of the World Bank which is currently being used by World Bank country missions across the globe, and led and authored more than 20 assessments. She has facilitated and spoken at over 30 workshops, trainings, seminars, and retreats. She is the founder of Coachiva, a consulting and organizational development company whose services include peacebuilding and conflict prevention advisory, executive coaching, strategic advisory, facilitation, and comprehensive development of knowledge and learning programs, such as workshops and trainings on leadership development, organizational team building, DEI initiatives, women and conflict, conflict prevention, conflict sensitivity and peacebuilding.
