In forty years of law practice I have assisted businesses by preventing, resolving or winning disputes. My clients have ranged from startups to multinational companies. I have cherished my clients and my relationships with other lawyers, and I take pride in my past and current leadership positions at the ABA.
I am now putting my experience to work as an ADR professional, drawing on the insights and lessons of over forty years of law practice. Whether deciding cases as arbitrator or helping to settle them as mediator, in each instance I endeavor to deeply understand the parties' positions and history, which is indispensable to a proper resolution.
