Kent Stevens litigated complex commercial cases for thirty years – first for the Federal Government and later at the Senior Partner/Of Counsel level for AM100 law firms and IP boutiques. His practice now is fully focused on mediation. He has been retained for mediations by counsel from 34 of the Am100 law firms. He is is a Mediation Panelist for the American Arbitration Association, American Intellectual Property Law Association, World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and the United States International Trade Commission.
