I am a trained mediator and restorative practitioner. Having had a diverse and impactful career spanning various roles, I have dedicated myself to community building. As the executive director of a local development corporation, I spearheaded initiatives to revitalize neighborhoods. As the director of a Beacon Program, which was sponsored by a nationally recognized not-for-profit organization, I worked with educators, parents and students, emphasizing holistic development and community engagement. Operating as a consultant to United Nation NGO’s, I leveraged my skills in diplomacy and collaboration to build bridges between diverse communities. As a counselor to troubled adults, I have provided services on behalf of an internationally recognized humanitarian organization, and have worked towards healing and rebuilding relationships. I have cultivated a deep understanding of the intricate tapestry of communities. My commitment to community building extends beyond my professional roles-it is a personal mission to create spaces where individuals thrive, and the collective well-being of everyone is paramount.
