Arbitrator, Mediator, and legal counsel to large and small companies, non-profit organizations, and individuals involved with complex commercial transactions and disputes through arbitration, mediation, litigation, and additional types of negotiated settlements. Have served as a neutral Mediator or Arbitrator in about 200 matters, including, without limitation, conflicts involving purchase and sale transactions; partnership, shareholder and joint venture disputes; valuation and appraisal conflicts; office, industrial and retail leasing matters; construction and design related disputes; brokerage fee conflicts; commercial finance and loan restructure and receivership litigation; development, land use, zoning and eminent domain disputes; restaurant related conflicts; film and entertainment contracts; manufacturing and license disputes, and conflicts involving condominium and co-op properties, owners, and managers.
