Professional Bio
I am an independent arbitrator committed to the fair and equitable resolution of disputes across the financial, consumer, employment, automotive, and commercial sectors. I serve on the panels of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and FINRA, and am a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). I also handle travel-related arbitration cases through Hunt ADR and motor vehicle warranty disputes through the Florida Attorney General’s Office.
My professional foundation as a former investigator and fraud examiner informs a methodical and impartial approach to arbitration. I delve deeply into the facts of each case, reviewing the evidence with care and rendering decisions that are balanced, well-reasoned, and clearly articulated.
I am also actively involved in supporting and advancing the field of alternative dispute resolution. As Chair of the Webinar Committee for the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators – North America Branch (CIArb-NAB), I lead efforts to deliver high-quality programming that enhances professional development and fosters connection among members.
Across all aspects of my work, I strive to uphold the values of fairness, professionalism, and clarity in communication.
