Base fee:
  • CDRC Volunteers & Staff registering before May 28
  • CDRC Volunteers & Staff (After May 28)
  • This fee is for any member of the public who does not wish to join ACR-GNY, but would like to attend the conference.
  • This rate is reserved for students
  • This rate is for conference presenters who are attending other workshops and the luncheon. To qualify for this rate, please send a request to acrgny_questions@acrgny.org.
  • This registration fee is reserved for presenters who are not attending other conference events (workshops, luncheon, wine reception).
  • This fee is reserved for anyone who would like to attend the award lunch, but does not wish to attend the conference.
  • This rate is for anyone registering after lunch on the day of the conference.
  • This rate is reserved for volunteers.
  • This option is for registrants claiming financial hardship, and seeking a scholarship to be provided by individual anonymous donors. Please pay what you can by using the "Contribution" section of the registration form and the individual donors will make up the balance of your registration fee.
  • Register here if your Tough Times rebate application has been granted. Remember to cancel any previous conference booking.

Please join us at ACR-GNY’s Eleventh Annual Conference. Spend the day learning and participating in resourceful workshops and training sessions, meeting and sharing ideas with other mediators, arbitrators, facilitators, advocates and ombudsmen, and networking with our plenary speaker, workshop presenters and other distinguished experts in the field.

Tough Times Refund Application (TTRA): If you would like to apply for a partial refund of the conference registration fee, please email a brief (250 word max.) statement indicating the reasons your application should be granted to acrgny_ttra@acrgny.org. Please include all pertinent information with your request including the amount by which you wish your registration fee be refunded. Note: You must be fully registered for the conference to be considered for a refund. All requests must be received no later than midnight of May 28, 2012. We will communicate the status of your application no later than June 7, 2012.

Cancellation Policy: Written notice of cancellation must be received by June 10, 2012. There will be a $25 administrative fee charged for cancelled registrations. Registrants who do not attend and who have not cancelled by the cancellation date are liable for the entire registration fee. If you have requested us to bill your organization/agency, we will do so in accordance with these conditions.  Substitutions for registered participants are accepted at any time without charge.
