When Failure Happens in Negotiation — What Do You Do?
Anyone who negotiates knows that setbacks and failure are part of the possible outcomes. We don't set out to end up there, but it happens. When it does, what do we do? Can we get back to the table? Or do we have to lick our wounds and try to really learn from what transpired? Dr. Weiss will explore these situations and help you to understand what gets in your way in terms of learning and share with you a new framework for doing so.
